Michael & Joanna met at a Swing Dance and the moment Joanna saw him, she knew he would be her husband! Michael said he was drawn to Joanna’s adventurous nature and quickly fell head over heels in love with her. This sweet couple loves being together, laughing, and brightening each other’s life.

Michael & Joanna’s wedding holds a dear place in my heart. We shot at a few of my favorite places, The Vernetta Smith Chehalis Timberland Library and The Vintage Grand Room at Hotel Washington in Chehalis. My sister married at the Grand Vintage, so it was fun to return six months later to photograph their beautiful wedding!

I loved taking a few extra moments to get creative with Michael and Joanna’s portraits. This couple knows how to pose!!!! Michael has some experience in photography, so it was fun to collaborate with the two of them!
